What to Expect

"When Good Leadership Isn't Enough"  is a facilitated virtual masterclass designed to help pastors, staff, and key leaders clearly understand the necessity organizational stability if ministry is to be effective.

The is not another "program",  growth strategy, or a change-your-ministry model initiative.

The masterclass is a structured, thoughtful space to understand why unstable systems cannot be effectively led over the long term.

The outcome is simple: You will be given the understanding and tools that brings health to the church "systems" so that ministry can flourish.

The tone of the workshop is calm, respectful, and practical.  You do not need another "pep rally".

The goal is not to critique your church or evaluate your leadership, but to give you  insight that reduces your fatigue, relieves pressure and supports your faithful leadership.

Because this workshop is an independent effort, you can rest assured the only "agenda" is to care for the Pastor and the People.

Breakdown of the Masterclass

Please register at least one week prior to your selected date to allow time to complete the required Church Durability Assessment.

The Assessment calibrates the "Deltas"—the dangerous gaps between what leadership thinks is happening and what's actually happening—that lead to conflict and energy drain. Completion prior to the masterclass is non-negotiable.
